Once packages have been dropped off with the carrier, The Sweet Society LLC is no longer liable. Please follow up with the carrier if any issues may arise after drop off. It is the responsibility of the buyer to open a claim with the carrier if needed.

Melt Disclaimer

Certain candy products, especially chocolate, may melt during warmer weather. We recommend purchasing an ice pack during warmer months to help protect your order during transit.

The Sweet Society LLC is not responsible for melted items due to shipping conditions.
